These Terms of Use govern your access to the Belira Upload Portal (the Portal). By entering your PIN or uploading a document, you agree to these Terms.
2. What is the Belira Upload Portal?
2.1
The Portal is a secure, cloud-based tool provided by Belira Pty Ltd to your credit professional (your Broker). It allows you to safely transmit sensitive financial and identity documents directly to them.
3. Your Privacy and Data
3.1
Documents uploaded here are processed on behalf of your Broker. Your Broker is responsible for the collection and handling of your Personal Information.
3.2
Belira may use AI and automated tools to extract text and data from your documents to help your Broker process your application faster. We do not use your documents to train third-party AI models.
4. Security and PIN Access
4.1
Your link is protected by a 4-digit PIN. Do not share your PIN or your unique link with anyone. The link typically expires after 72 hours for your security.
5. Permitted Use
5.1
You must only upload files that are genuine, accurate, and relevant to your application. Do not upload malicious software, corrupted files, or inappropriate content.
6. Warranties and Disclaimers
6.1
Belira provides this portal "as is." While we use bank-grade security, we are not responsible for decisions made by your Broker based on the documents you provide.
